What You’ll Do

As the first voice of our company, you’ll be responsible to set the tone for the experience the borrower will receive throughout their home financing journey. You must be able to communicate clearly via phone, email, text, chats and any other forms of communication. While communicating with the borrower, you’ll uncover his/her financial needs and customize mortgage that fits them best.

  • Team up with Sr. Loan Originators to obtain and close residential loans
  • Work with clients to assess loan eligibility
  • Develop an understanding of mortgage products and loan structuring
  • Explain features and benefits of various mortgage products to clients
  • Utilize our technology to maximize conversion and optimize your processes
  • Establish a positive and fruitful client and referral source relationships

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer success experience
  • 4 Year College Degree
